We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy of a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate company. The CMO will play a key role in shaping the company's brand presence, driving lead generation, and leading innovative marketing initiatives that connect with clients across the U.S.


This is a remote position based in the Philippines, ideal for a Senior Marketing Executive with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience managing global campaigns in the real estate or related industries.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to support the company's growth and business objectives 
  • Lead digital, social, and traditional marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Oversee creative direction, content strategy, and messaging to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  •  Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing direction on campaign execution, performance analytics, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and market expansion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities in the U.S. real estate market.
  • Strengthen partnerships with external agencies, media, and key stakeholders to optimize brand exposure and performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven track record in senior marketing leadership, ideally as a CMO, Marketing Director, or Head of Marketing.
  • Strong background in real estate marketing, property sales, or related industries.
  • Experience managing marketing operations targeting the U.S. market or other international markets.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and strategic communications.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and budget management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years of marketing and sales leadership experience across global or multinational organizations.
  • Background in both corporate and agency environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and digital performance analytics.
