We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Operations Manager to run end-to-end PH operations, manage teams, ensure HIPAA compliance, drive workforce planning, analyze performance data, and partner with U.S. clients and executives.

This is a full-time job, in a US Time zone setting, and in a work-from-office set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across all departments
  • Oversee Team Leaders and frontline staff while promoting a healthy working environment with accountability, integrity, and high performance
  • Partner with U.S.-based client stakeholders to deliver performance updates, resolve issues, and align with the client's processes and operational requirements
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational performance and workforce trends; develop actionable recommendations to optimize results
  • Enforce compliance with HIPAA, Data Privacy, Fraud, and other U.S. healthcare regulations
  • Drive workforce planning, including fulfilling hiring, terminations, training, and operational framework implementations
  • Foster a culture of motivation, conflict management, and continuous process improvement
  • Prepare and present performance summary through monthly business reviews to client stakeholders (SOA, COO, CEO)
  • Reports directly to the SOA, COO, and CEO


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8–10 years of BPO leadership experience, at a Senior Level or higher capacity, with at least 5 years in healthcare account management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for reporting, trend analysis, and operational insights
  • Proven success in operations, process improvement, conflict resolution, and workforce optimization
  • Demonstrated experience managing multifunctional teams/departments in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare standards, such as CMS and HIPAA guidelines, is a must
  • Excellent articulation, client relationship management, and communication skills
