An average day for the apprentice will involve providing support to customers wishing to sell their homes and support them with general enquiries.
Candidate applying for this role must be able to communicate easily with others. They should have an appetite for sales and be highly driven.
- Using the Telephone System
- Customer Service both face to face, over the phone and via email.
- Producing documents to a high standard
- Corresponding with other staff
- Speaking to clients about matters and organising diaries
The Apprentice will Receive a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent qualification upon completion of the apprenticeship.
