- We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and support a positive work environment.

- This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR management, with skills in performance management, training and development, and a solid understanding of legal HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end HR Operations processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and handling grievances.

- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

- Administer performance management processes to support employee development.

- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security.

- Stay up-to-date on labor laws, ensuring all HR practices align with legal requirements.

- Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and implement best practices.

- Handle payroll processes, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate HR management.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, and employee relations.

- Expertise in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.

- Experience with performance management and training and development programs.

- Proficient knowledge of labor laws and HR practices, including PF and ESI.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
