Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ML Engineer to lead the development of our AI Agent platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that encourages innovation and professional growth.

- Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and ensure successful execution of engineering projects from conception to deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, researchers, and domain experts to design and implement advanced solutions

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in full-stack development

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development

- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java or Python

- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
