Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of generative AI solutions within our deep tech services company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, particularly generative AI, and will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution from inception to delivery. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals.

• Solution Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement generative AI solutions that address client challenges and enhance business outcomes.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in generative AI, informing the development of innovative solutions.

• Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development for potential clients.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables meets company standards and client expectations through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in a delivery management role, preferably within a technology or consulting firm focusing on AI or deep tech solutions.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including familiarity with foundational models and large language models (LLMs).

• Project Management: Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with a focus on agile methodologies. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making.

• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or data science are advantageous.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various industry sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) and their specific challenges related to AI implementation.
