Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing paid campaigns on digital channels. Plan and deploy quarterly, monthly and daily budgets.
  • Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Manage strategy, establish incrementality and drive regular testing to achieve results
  • Work closely with the analytics teams to derive meaningful insights, uncover patterns and drive a data-backed strategy

Eligibility Criteria :

  • 4-6 years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and affiliate channels are a must. SEO understanding is also mandatory
  • Understands measurement, attribution and incrementality
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, strong communication skills
  • Engineering / MBA background preferred
