About the job Head of Marketing
Role Overview :
This executive-level role will lead demand generation, product marketing, brand, content, and marketing operations. You will define our market positioning, create scalable programs to drive awareness and pipeline, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to enable category leadership in the AI space. We're seeking a seasoned leader (1216 years of experience) with a proven track record of building high-impact marketing organizations in the B2B technology sector, ideally with deep exposure to AI, SaaS, and LLM-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
a. Own demand generation strategy and execution across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, display, email).
b. Design and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise buyers.
c. Develop event strategy (hosted and third-party), including industry conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables.
d. Lead funnel optimization efforts, aligning marketing spend with CAC and LTV targets.
e. Implement robust lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion processes in collaboration with Sales.
f. Oversee marketing operations and analytics, including campaign performance, attribution, and ROI, across an AI-enable tech stack
2. Brand Strategy & Management:
a. Define and continuously evolve Nurix AIs brand identity, voice, and positioning in the market.
b. Develop product marketing narratives in collaboration with product and GTM teams.
c. Drive creation of high-quality marketing content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product pages).
d. Ensure consistency across all customer touchpointsweb, collateral, presentations, and in-product messaging.
3. Press, PR & Analyst Relations: Build a strong corporate communications program including press releases, media briefings, and speaker engagements. This will also include cultivating relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to support market visibility and inclusion.
