Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our e-commerce platform and D2C offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, research, design, development, launch, to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless product development and successful market adoption.
- Champion customer-centricity by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and behaviors through research, data analysis, and feedback loops.
- Establish and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, using data to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and delivery timelines.
- Communicate product updates, performance, and strategic direction effectively to all stakeholders.
