About the job TA Lead
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for hiring pharmacists, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sourcing to onboarding.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in tracking recruitment metrics and improving candidate funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various pharmacist roles (retail, clinical, etc.).
- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, campus drives) to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate sourcing, assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
2) Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a structured tracker to capture all stages of the recruitment process from application to selection.
- Track where candidates drop off in the process, identifying reasons for drop-off (e.g., salary expectations, other offers, process delays).
- Collaborate with the hiring team to review candidate progress and improve recruitment funnel conversion rates.
3) Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Evaluate and monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, stage conversion rates, and recruiter performance.
- Provide regular reports on hiring progress, drop-off points, and stage-specific performance. Conduct analysis on sourcing channels to optimize efforts and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
4) Recruitment Strategy:
- Design and implement bulk hiring strategies to meet the company's staffing needs, particularly for pharmacists. Use data insights to make recommendations for improving the recruitment process, ensuring a faster and more efficient pipeline.
- Develop partnerships with universities, healthcare institutions, and staffing agencies to expand the candidate pool.
5) Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's brand in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space through strategic job advertisements and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
6) Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with department heads to define job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Regularly update the Head of Talent Acquisition on hiring status, recruiter performance, and any challenges in the recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or bulk hiring roles.
- Experience in handling high-volume recruitment for technical or specialized roles (e.g., pharmacists, healthcare staff) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and job portals. Strong data management and reporting skills; ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to track and manage multiple candidates and stages. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
