Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Marketing Head to lead the demand and pipeline generation for our AI Agent platform and services business. Our geographic focus is on the US & APAC markets. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the marketing and branding vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an early-stage startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Pipeline generation (Key metric: TOFU and MOFU):
Develop and generate leads across BFSI and Retail leaders in the customer support, tech and sales
Develop and execute strategy for B2B events, marketing collateral (digital and physical), PR, etc.
- Content Strategy and vision:
Define and articulate a clear marketing and content vision and strategy
Manage and work with right mix of inhouse vs outsourced talent to deliver content across relevant channels
- Cross Functional and Vendor Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among stakeholders to gather insights and feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers and users to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product concepts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive product adoption.
Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product enhancements and iterations.
Requirements:
8+ years of marketing and growth experience for the US B2B market, preferably in AI or SaaS, Prior experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on individual contributor
Basic understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning principles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
