Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Leader to lead the development of our AI Agent platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an early-stage startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and vision:
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the AI Agent platform, aligning with the company's overall goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the generative AI space.

- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.

Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.

- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among
stakeholders to gather insights and feedback throughout the
product development lifecycle.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication.

Product Development:
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that the product meets high standards of quality and usability.

- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team.

- Oversee user testing and validation processes to gather feedback and iterate on product features.

Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers and users to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product concepts.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive product adoption.

- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product enhancements and iterations.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or SaaS, Experience in early-stage startups is a plus.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning principles.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
