Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our growing India team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
-Identify and connect with VP/Head of Sales using inside sales strategies and warm contacts
-Initiate outreach through cold calls and emails to generate qualified leads
-Conduct high-level conversations with CXOs to understand the business needs
-Follow up with precision and consistency to drive conversions
-Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects
-Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings to deliver compelling pitches
-Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets
-Use tools like LinkedIn to identify the right PoC, from the given database of mid to large companies
Qualifications & Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise client acquisition
-Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
-Bachelor’s degree required (Preferred: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, BSc Electronics)
-Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and close deals
