About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial results.


Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards (Ind AS).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with various departments.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and highlight variances with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure the timely completion of audits.
• Manage daily cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Optimize fund utilization and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Prior work, e.g., with Big4 preferred.
• Prior working experience with Ind AS financial and audit closing with Big 4 auditors.
• Up to 7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior work, e.g., with Big4.
• Working exposure with Ind AS accounting and reporting
