The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Team by streamlining operations and enhancing our Marketing initiatives across various projects. This position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, emerging trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Provide marketing support on short turnaround projects, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Create presentations with fragrance descriptions that resonate with target audiences
  • Support senior marketers in development of Trend and Market presentations
  • Coordinate logistic arrangements for new product launches/market samples to be delivered
  • Oversee ordering and inventory for all marketing supplies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
  • Proactively update competition landscape and gather market intelligences to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and perform other related tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor market offerings to identify new products for team
  • Maintain company social media presence & oversee company newsletter.
  • Organize new product launches to present to organization
  • Support tradeshows: from planning logistics to execution.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role a plus.
  • Experience with project management or coordinating marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of various marketing platforms: digital, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience in tradeshow planning and execution.
  • Strong ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing dynamics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A positive, punctual, and dependable team player.
