Now Hiring: Associate Attorneys (Entry-Level & Experienced)
We are seeking both new and experienced Associate Attorneys with a passion for family law and a commitment to supporting clients through emotionally challenging legal matters. Ideal candidates will be self-starters ready to take on a full caseload with support from a collaborative legal team. This role is exclusively focused on the practice of lawno billing or client intake responsibilities are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from intake to resolution with team support
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and present findings
- Advise clients on legal options and strategy
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
- Collaborate with firm partners, staff, and fellow attorneys
- Supervise and work alongside paralegals and legal assistants
What Were Looking For
- Licensed to practice law in Idaho
- 25 years of experience in family law
- First-chair trial experience preferred
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis)
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
