Our Client

We are currently seeking an experienced, career-oriented paralegal/legal assistant to join our growing legal team.

The individual in this role will assist our attorneys in drafting legal documents such as discovery responses, pleadings, and workers compensation forms. This will also include preparing and filing documents with courts, scheduling depositions, maintaining case matters within an electronic case management system, and frequently interacting with our clients.

Job type: Full-time

• Pay $40,000.00 $55,000.00 per year, plus bonus

Qualification/Requirements:

• Ability to listen and communicate clearly and compassionately with our clients
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
• Attention to detail and quality minded

Experience:

• Paralegal or Legal Assistant: 2-4 years preferred
• Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe
• Experience in a personal injury law firm preferred
• Certification preferred
