Synergi Search & Select are recruiting for an Engineer Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business in Lincolnshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with leadership or supervisory experience to join a growing engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Engineer Team Leader Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the engineering team on shift
• Planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
• Reducing downtime and improving machine reliability
• Ensuring engineering and Health & Safety standards are maintained

Maintenance Machinery & Equipment

• Automated production machinery
• Conveyors
• Packaging equipment
• Process machinery
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Motors, drives, sensors, and controls

What We're Looking For

• Multi-skilled maintenance engineering background
• Previous team leader, supervisor, or senior engineer experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or automated manufacturing
• Proactive and hands-on approach

Both electrically biased and mechanically biased engineers will be considered.

Shift Pattern

• 4 on 4 off days and nights
• 12-hour shifts
