The Opportunity
A leading food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
- Maintaining automated production and packaging equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently and reliably
- Assisting with equipment upgrades and installations where required
What We Are Looking For
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with control panels, sensors, inverters and three-phase electrics
- Mechanical maintenance experience including bearings, gearboxes, pumps and valves
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Engineering apprenticeship or qualification desirable
