The Opportunity

A leading food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. The Role

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
  • Maintaining automated production and packaging equipment
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently and reliably
  • Assisting with equipment upgrades and installations where required

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with control panels, sensors, inverters and three-phase electrics
  • Mechanical maintenance experience including bearings, gearboxes, pumps and valves
  • Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Engineering apprenticeship or qualification desirable
