Role Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Physician Positioning Specialist to support the transformation of doctors’ LinkedIn profiles into high-impact, recruiter-facing assets tailored for GCC healthcare markets.

This role focuses on executing profile optimization and content positioning that aligns with hiring expectations across KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait, improving visibility, credibility, and inbound opportunities for physicians.

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Profile Positioning

  • Rewrite and optimize LinkedIn profiles (headline, About, Experience)
  • Align profiles with GCC recruiter search behavior and hiring standards
  • Clearly position candidates as Specialist or Consultant level
  • Integrate licensing visibility including:
    • Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
    • Dubai Health Authority
    • Department of Health Abu Dhabi
    • Department of Healthcare Professions
    • Kuwait Ministry of Health

2. Content & Profile Enhancement

  • Develop high-quality LinkedIn content for doctors (posts, summaries)
  • Write short-form video scripts (Arabic speaking + English subtitle structure)
  • Ensure profiles reflect clinical strength, subspecialty, and case complexity

3. Keyword & Visibility Optimization

  • Identify and implement recruiter search keywords
  • Optimize profiles for LinkedIn SEO and discoverability
  • Improve visibility across GCC recruitment searches

4. Market Alignment

  • Adapt positioning based on target country (KSA / UAE / Qatar / Kuwait)
  • Align profiles with licensing pathways and hiring trends
  • Translate recruitment insights into clear profile messaging

5. Client Coordination & Delivery

  • Communicate with doctors to gather missing information
  • Deliver completed profiles within defined timelines
  • Maintain high-quality standards aligned with premium positioning

Requirements

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn profile writing / positioning
  • Strong writing skills in professional English
  • Understanding of healthcare, recruitment, or physician careers (preferred)
  • Familiarity with GCC licensing systems is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a freelance / remote setup
  • Strong attention to detail and structured execution
