What You'll do:
- Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives;
- Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
- Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on scalability and performance;
- Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams for proper solution implementation;
- Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure requirements are met;
- Develop test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in functional methodologies and internal processes;
- Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team;

What You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
- Deep knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.);
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
- Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and leveraging the Power Platform;
- Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage independently with business stakeholders;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (advanced level);
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude;
- High sense of responsibility and ownership;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution delivery experience.
