What You'll do:

-Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and challenge data, analytics, and AI requirements

- Translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions 

- Collaborate with technical teams to support solution architecture, delivery, and implementation activities

- Define KPIs, business rules, data models, and functional documentation to ensure consistent reporting and analytics standards

- Support the delivery lifecycle including testing, go-live activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Drive analytics and AI initiatives using technologies such as Tableau, SAP BW/HANA, Snowflake, AWS Data Services, and Generative AI services

- Hybrid work model

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of experience in Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Generative AI environments

- Strong expertise in data visualization, data modeling, analytics solutions, and AI-related technologies

- Experience with tools and platforms such as Tableau, SAP BW/HANA, Snowflake, AWS Data Services, and Generative AI services

- Comfortable bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex requirements into actionable solutions

- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage priorities effectively

- Fluency in English and Portuguese
