What You'll do:

- Design and define software architecture, including solution diagrams and technical documentation;

- Lead full-stack development across the MERN ecosystem, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions;

- Develop backend services using Node.js frameworks such as Nest.js or Express.js;

- Build modern, performant frontend applications using React, preferably with Next.js;

- Contribute to mobile application development using Flutter or React Native;

- Design, build, and maintain REST APIs;

- Implement automated testing (unit, integration, etc.) to ensure code reliability;

- Work with MongoDB and relational databases such as PostgreSQL;

- Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, grooming, and team ceremonies;

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both Portuguese and English;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development projects;

- Proven experience in software architecture and solution design;

- At least 3 years of experience with Node.js (Nest.js, Express.js);

- At least 3 years of React development experience, preferably with Next.js;

- Minimum of 1 year of mobile development experience using Flutter or React Native;

- Experience with MongoDB and relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL);

- Strong experience building REST APIs;

- Knowledge of automated testing practices;

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools;

- Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
