What You'll do:

- Administration and maintenance of VMWare and OracleVM platforms;

- Management of backup and data recovery solutions, including Avamar and DELL Power Protect Data Manager (PPDM);

- Administration of DELL Storage (Compellent, Unity, PowerStore, and PowerScale) ensuring efficient and secure storage;

- Configuration and management of Horizon for desktop virtualization environments;

- Administration of Brocade SAN Switch, ensuring connectivity and performance;

- Administration of DELL Storage (Compellent, Unity, PowerStore, and PowerScale) and NETAPP, ensuring efficient and secure storage;

- Monitoring and optimization of server and network infrastructure;

- Support for datacenter operations in large-scale organizations; 

- Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator;

- Advanced knowledge of virtualization, backup, and storage technologies;

- Experience with VMWare, OracleVM, Avamar, Horizon, Dell Storage, and Brocade;

- Familiarity with hyperconverged platforms such as Nutanix and VXRail;

- Experience with Dell PowerEdge servers and the DELL Open Manager platform;

- Availability for weekly on-call rotation;

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English
