What You'll do:
- Gather and analyze client business requirements, mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare functional and technical requirements documentation;
- Design and configure customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations;
- Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards;
- Coordinate and execute solution implementations, including configuration, testing, and data migration;
- Train end users on platform functionalities and best practices;
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and incidents;
- Monitor platform performance and implement improvements and adjustments as needed;
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions;
- Participate in the continuous enhancement of ServiceNow processes, workflows, and integrations;
- Hybrid work model.
Who You Are:
- Solid experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM (mandatory), Workspaces (Service Operations Workspace, Asset Workspace, CMDB Workspace), ITOM, App Engine, and related modules;
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development methodologies, best practices, and platform capabilities;
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly, as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio and Glide;
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through APIs and web services;
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset;
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory);
- Fluent in English, and Portuguese.
