What You'll do:

- Define and implement scalable, secure, and optimized cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, automation);

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, identifying modernization and digital innovation opportunities;

- Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, infrastructure, automation) ensuring technical coherence and business alignment;

- Support pre-sales and consulting activities by preparing technical proposals, presentations, and effort estimates;

- Design cloud migration and transformation roadmaps, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategies;

- Promote best practices in governance, security, automation, and cost optimization;

- Mentor internal teams, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth;

- Explore and integrate AI/ML solutions on GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AI Platform, Generative AI) for real business use cases;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in cloud architecture and implementation, with specialization in Azure, GCP or AWS;

- Strong knowledge of core cloud components: landing zones, governance, networking, identity, security, and automation;

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);

- Experience in workload migration and modernization (rehost, replatform, refactor);

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, GKE) is a plus;

- Practical experience with AI/ML and data analytics services on GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Pub/Sub) is a plus;

- Excellent communication and technical storytelling skills with strong client engagement ability;

- Strong results-driven mindset with strategic business vision;

- Collaborative leadership with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams;

- Proactive, autonomous, and innovative profile with strong technical ownership;

- Curiosity and motivation to explore new cloud and AI technologies;

- Relevant certifications are a plus (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer);

- Experience in generative AI projects or LLM integration in enterprise environments is a plus.
