What You'll do:

- Lead and manage ICT change management projects across both the public and private sectors;

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project objectives;

- Oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met;

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external teams;

- Contribute to the design and implementation of ICT transformation strategies;

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- More than 10 years of professional experience;

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics;

- Proven experience in change management within Public Administration and the private sector in the field of ICT;

- Complementary higher education in IT or Management (e.g., Masters degree, Postgraduate studies, or specialization courses);

- Participation in at least 10 ICT change management projects;

- Experience in managing and coordinating both internal and external teams within Public Administration;

- More than 5 years of experience managing and coordinating teams in consulting and information and communication technologies;

- Strong oral and written communication skills in Portuguese.

- Wage according to candidate's professional experience;
