What You'll do:

- Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches;

- Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment;

- Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives;

- Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders;

- Modality: 2x in person per week.

Who You Are:

- Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain;

- Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent);

- Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management;

- Proficiency in project management tools and software;

- Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders;

- Knowledge of Service Now;

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments;

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and associated tools;

- Proven ability to analyze issues, structure solutions, and support decision-making processes;

- Experience coordinating activities across multiple domains and contributors;

- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
