What You'll do:
- Administer and operate OpenShift (OCP) clusters, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability.
- Monitor platform health and proactively troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, storage, and application-related issues.
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute OpenShift platform upgrades, patching activities, and lifecycle management.
- Manage cluster capacity, resource quotas, limits, and performance optimization.
- Support application deployments and CI/CD integration processes.
- Operate and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Manage platform security through RBAC, SCCs, and Active Directory/LDAP integrations.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes networking, storage, and container orchestration issues.
- Support and maintain Kafka, WSO2, and Camunda platforms running on OpenShift.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, ensuring timely response to operational incidents.
- Record, track, and manage activities through ITSM tools while maintaining operational documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and platform optimization.
Who You Are:
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience administering OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environments.
- You possess strong Linux administration skills and a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure operations.
- You have practical experience with Kubernetes networking, storage, and containerized application management.
- You are proficient with OpenShift Operators (OLM), Helm, ArgoCD, GitOps methodologies, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch-based logging solutions.
- You have experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Hybrid working model (2 days onsite)
