What You'll do:

- Support the definition of the team's strategy and roadmap, assessing impacts on customers and cross-functional areas;

- Define, monitor, and analyze business KPIs for SME products, including installed base, churn, usage, and consumption metrics;

- Support the development and analysis of product performance dashboards to provide actionable insights for Product Managers;

- Contribute to the preparation of budgets (revenues and costs) and support the monitoring of the business area's P&L, identifying actions to help achieve business targets;

- Ensure the execution and monitoring of customer communication plans for the products managed by the team;

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational alignment across product initiatives.

What You Are:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role;

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in defining, monitoring, and interpreting business KPIs and performance metrics;

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with a structured approach to work;

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams;

- Adaptable and resilient, capable of managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;

- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;

- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and business performance analysis to support decision-making.
