What You'll do:

- Work as part of an agile development team delivering a full-stack application;

- Participate in sprint-based development with close customer collaboration;

- Discuss backlog items directly with the customer prior to implementation;

- Contribute actively to front-end development, especially in React;

- Ensure close and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders;

- Support continuous improvement of the development process;

- Full-Remote; 

What You Are:

- Experience as a Full Stack Developer;

- Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude;

- Front-end development expertise, particularly with React;

- Fluency in German (project language);

- Experience with Java and Spring Boot;

- Experience with SQL databases;

- Familiarity with agile / sprint-based development;
