What You'll do:

-  Provide technical and functional support to business teams and ongoing project teams using Microsoft Dynamics 365;

- Ensure the correct usage, stability, performance, and continuous evolution of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem;

- Analyze and operationalize Microsoft recommendations and best practices;

- Actively support teams involved in Dynamics projects and initiatives;

- Implement technical and functional improvements aligned with platform best practices;

- Monitor system performance and contribute to platform optimization;

- Participate in solution maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements;

- Promote adoption of best practices and governance standards;

- Hybrid Work Model.

- Minimum 5 years of experience specifying, implementing, maintaining, and evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions;

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (customization, configuration, and support);

- Strong technical knowledge of .NET, including development and support of technical tools/consoles for data manipulation and correction;

- Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies;

- Ability to continuously learn and adapt on the job;

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent proven hands-on experience;

- Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken);

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
