What You'll do:

- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations;

- Design, configure and optimize SAP Payroll solutions aligned with business needs;

- Act as a functional consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules;

- Support end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

- Participate in system testing, validation, and go-live support;

- Provide guidance and best practices for payroll and HR system processes;

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimizations;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- 7+ years of experience as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant;

- Strong hands-on experience with: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP); SAP Payroll implementations;

- Deep knowledge of: SAP SuccessFactors ECP; SAP Payroll configuration and processes; Experience in end-to-end payroll implementations; Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.

- Proactive mindset;

- Strong sense of accountability;

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

- Team-oriented and collaborative profile;

- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese;

- Advanced proficiency in English;

- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Valued).
