What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and maintain BPM applications using the Appian platform;

- Participate in all stages of the low-code application lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production delivery and support;

- Model and automate business processes, integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs;

- Build user interfaces using Appian SAIL and implement complex business rules;

- Manage Records, Reports, Data Stores, and Expression Rules within Appian;

- Collaborate in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions;

- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best development practices;

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- +3 years of experience developing BPM solutions with Appian (v20.x24.x);

- Proficiency in SAIL Interface Design, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Decision Rules;

- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and data modeling using CDTs and Data Stores;

- Familiarity with Git and Appian Repository for version control;

- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment;

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent;

- Appian Certified Associate Developer certification (preferred);

- Appian Certified Senior Developer certification (plus);

- Fluent in Portuguese, with good command of technical English (reading/writing).
