3rd Line Support Engineer

What You'll do:

Provide 3rd line technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and stability;

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents and problems;

Manage and optimize monitoring systems and alerting mechanisms;

Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency;

Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure effective incident resolution;

Document incidents, root causes, and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base;

Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to improve system reliability;

Participate in on-call rotations, providing expert-level support during off-hours;

What You Are:

Proven experience in 3rd Line Application and Operational Support;

- Strong knowledge of SQL;

Solid experience with AIX / Linux operating systems (user level or higher);

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell/Bash, Python);

Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and functional incidents;

Deep understanding of application workflows and functional dependencies;

Strong documentation and process optimization skills;

Availability for on-call rotation (night shifts shared within the team).



Preferred Technical Skills

Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks;

Familiarity with Elastic Search and Grafana for monitoring and observability;

Knowledge of Ansible for automation and configuration management;

Technical or functional understanding of Banking, Digital Payments, or eCommerce systems.
