What You'll do:

- Provide application maintenance including operational support, corrective maintenance, evolutionary maintenance, and project support;

- Act as the bridge between the client and the development team;

- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document requirements in ServiceNow;

- Analyse existing processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement;

- Recommend best practices to optimise incident, problem, change, and asset management processes within ServiceNow;

- Ensure alignment with the ITIL framework and organisational policies;

- Act as a liaison between business users and the ServiceNow development team;

- Support a long-term ServiceNow application maintenance assignment;

- Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform;

- Strong overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform;

- Proven experience with ITSM and CSM;

- Strong analytical and documentation skills;

- Agile mindset;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English;

- Knowledge of SAFe (nice to have);
