What You'll do:

- Support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of datacenter infrastructure (physical servers, virtualization, storage, and backups);

- Perform installation, support, and troubleshooting tasks in VMware, HPE, and/or Dell environments;

- Participate in the installation, configuration, and patching of servers and operating systems;

- Assist in backup projects and data protection initiatives;

- Collaborate on technology upgrade projects, migrations, and capacity expansion;

- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to process improvement;

- Work closely with senior infrastructure and automation teams, focusing on continuous technical development;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Education in Computer Engineering, Networking, Systems, or related areas;

- Basic knowledge of datacenter infrastructures and server technologies (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, or equivalent);

- Knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi (installation, monitoring, updates);

- Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux operating systems;

- General knowledge of networking, security, and storage (SAN/NAS);

- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical reasoning;

- Willingness to learn and grow in complex technical environments;

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;

- Team spirit and openness to collaborate with senior engineers;

- Methodical approach and strong operational responsibility;

- Service quality orientation;

- Entry-level technical certifications are a plus (VMware VCTA, HPE ATP, Dell Certified Associate, CompTIA Server+);

- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and remote management tools is a plus;

- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus;

- Fluent in portuguese and english.
