What You'll do:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, videoconferencing equipment);

- Support for operating systems (Windows, macOS);

- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues;

- Support to end users in software-related incidents, namely Microsoft productivity tools and corporate applications;

- Logging interventions in ticketing systems;

- Escalation of complex issues to higher-level support teams;

- User account management in Active Directory and Azure AD;

- Implementation and support of MFA (Microsoft Authenticator, tokens, SMS);

- Application of conditional access policies and device compliance;

- Administration of management tools such as Intune, SCCM, and GPO;

- Large-scale deployment of software and operating systems;

- Monitoring of hardware/software inventory and device compliance;

- Support in security audits and compliance reporting;

- On Site Job; 

What You Are:

- 3+ years of experience in similar roles;

- Proficiency with identity and device management tools (AD, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM);

Advanced knowledge of security policies and MFA;

- Ability to apply and manage GPOs in corporate environments;

- Experience in compliance monitoring and reporting;

- Awareness and training of users in digital security best practices;
