What You'll do:

- Lead functional design for SAP FS-PM (Policy Management – Insurance) solutions;

- Support architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business needs;

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications;

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners;

- Work with ABAP, integration, and SAP BTP teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;

- Ensure integration with FS-CD, FS-CM, FS-ICM, and SAP S/4HANA Finance;

- Support testing phases (SIT and UAT), cutover, and go-live activities;

- Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Insurance;

- Work in complex, highly regulated environments;

- Optionally support pre-sales activities and effort estimations;

- Hybrid Work Model; 

What You Are:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Insurance;

- Hands-on experience with SAP FS-PM (Policy Management);

- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) processes;

- Experience in SAP implementations or rollout projects;

- Ability to handle regulatory and compliance requirements;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English;



Nice to have:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA;

- Experience with SAP BTP and APIs;

- Knowledge of IFRS 17 and/or Solvency II;
