What You'll do:

- Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from definition to final delivery;

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timeline, and resources;

- Ensure functional alignment between all involved areas;

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies;

- Monitor project progress, quality, and budget;

- Ensure clear and continuous communication with stakeholders;

- Ensure proper project documentation and governance;

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes;

- Hybrid Work Model; 

What You Are:

- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager;

- Experience managing end-to-end projects;

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid);

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.);

- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (as a complement, not the main focus);

- Ability to lead projects autonomously;

- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Leadership mindset and sense of responsibility;

- Fluent in Portuguese and Eglish;
