What You'll do:

- Prestar apoio técnico a vários pontos de venda Kios;

- Realizar instalação de hardware e software;

- Assegurar assistência técnica, presencial e/ou remota;

- Configurar equipamentos (desktops, portáteis, tablets e smartphones);

- Prestar suporte técnico em equipamentos de Pontos de Venda (POS);

- Executar queries em bases de dados locais utilizando SQL;

- Regime presencial

Who You Are:

- Habilitações mínimas ao nível do 12º ano;

- Experiência mínima de 1 ano em funções de Helpdesk;

- Experiência na configuração de hardware e software e suporte a equipamentos (desktop, portáteis, tablets e smartphones);

- Experiência com equipamentos de Pontos de Venda (POS);

- Conhecimentos de SQL para queries a bases de dados locais;

- Carta de condução;

- Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial e deslocações;

- Disponibilidade para intervenções fora do horário laboral;

- Experiência na utilização do software de faturação Sage 50 C;

- (Valorizável) Experiência com software de faturação Zonesoft;

- (Valorizável) Conhecimentos de inglês (falado e escrito);
