NOC Engineer - Network & Security

What You'll do:

- Monitor network and security infrastructure using dedicated monitoring platforms and respond promptly to alerts following established processes;

- Troubleshoot network incidents, research specific solutions, and restore service within SLA timeframes;

- Manage network changes in accordance with the change management process;

- Prioritize tasks and incidents according to SLA requirements;

- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement service and process improvements;

- Proactively identify, own, and escalate any issue or problem that could impact business operations;

- Hybrid, 3x/week in office.

Who You Are:

- Previous experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Systems Operations Center (SOC/SNOC), or equivalent technical background in network operations;

- Proven ability to troubleshoot in multi-vendor environments under operational pressure;

- Experience working within structured ITSM or change management frameworks;

- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a 24/7 rotating shift environment;

- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
