What You'll do:

- Manage and monitor user access in line with IAM principles, including least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties, joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes, privileged access, and periodic access reviews and certifications;

- Support and optimize access management processes across multiple systems and platforms;

- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure compliance with security and governance policies;

- Contribute to process improvements and automation within IAM operations;

- Document IAM procedures and ensure adherence to best practices;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Knowledge of access management principles: least privilege, segregation of duties, RBAC, JML, privileged access, periodic access review and certification;

- Experience with tools and platforms such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Azure Storage Explorer, Databricks, ServiceNow, SailPoint, Python, and Bruno Community;

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail;

- Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn;

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on process improvement and optimization;

- Portuguese Native.
