What You'll do:

- Design and implement IAM solutions aligned with organizational requirements;

- Ensure continuous technological evolution of authentication processes and their interoperability;

- Identify security requirements and controls for secure access management and a consistent user experience across domains;

- Guarantee modern authentication models (IDaaS), scalability, autonomy, and high-quality service for the organization;

- Assess risks for different types of users and define appropriate security measures for each scenario;

- Monitor emerging market technologies, trends, and cybersecurity threats to contribute to the evolution of the organizations IAM and overall cybersecurity strategy;

- Remote Work Model.

What You Are:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience;

- Relevant experience in implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions;

- Proven experience in IAM project management;

- Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity risks (e.g., conducting cybersecurity assessments);

- Experience in managing technology risk;

- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams;

- Conflict management skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary workgroups;

- Strong planning and organizational abilities;

- Proactivity, pragmatism, and initiative;

- Resilience, adaptability to change, and ability to manage ambiguous situations;

- Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset;

- Autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.
