What You'll do:

- Design, implement, and optimize data-driven applications within the Quality Management (QM) department;

- Collaborate on one of the most complex data ecosystems, analyzing vehicle failures and assessing part quality during production;

- Develop and implement new use cases to provide stakeholders with actionable, real-time insights;

- Enhance a digital solution for collecting, evaluating, and autonomously monitoring production and supplier data quality;

- Build end-to-end scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with both technical and business needs;

- Empower business-critical stakeholders with tools for smarter decision-making through data applications;

- Guide the team in adopting best engineering practices and ensure efficient, high-quality codebases;

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;

- Strong proficiency in PySpark development and troubleshooting;

- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective solutions;

- Proficiency in SQL and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL);

- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka;

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

- Experience in requirements engineering and close collaboration with business stakeholders;

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration abilities;

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with the full Palantir Foundry tech stack;

- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies;

- Familiarity with Scrum techniques like refinement, story splitting, and retrospectives;

- Experience with TypeScript and process digitization;

- Proficiency in written and spoken German.
