What You'll do:

Design, implement, and optimize data-driven applications within the Quality Management (QM) department;

Collaborate on one of the most complex data ecosystems, analyzing vehicle failures and assessing part quality during production;

Develop and implement new use cases to provide stakeholders with actionable, real-time insights;

Enhance a digital solution for collecting, evaluating, and autonomously monitoring production and supplier data quality;

Build end-to-end scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with both technical and business needs;

Empower business-critical stakeholders with tools for smarter decision-making through data applications;

Guide the team in adopting best engineering practices and ensure efficient, high-quality codebases;

  • - Actively contribute to the teams digitization strategy and development of a new platform for data analytics and applications;

  • Collaborate closely with business users in the requirements engineering process.


  • What You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;

    Strong proficiency in PySpark development and troubleshooting;

    Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective solutions;

    - Proficiency in SQL and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL);

    Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka;

    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

    Experience in requirements engineering and close collaboration with business stakeholders;

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;

    Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration abilities;

    Proficiency in written and spoken English.

    Nice-to-Have:

    - Experience with the full Palantir Foundry tech stack;

    - Knowledge of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies;

    Familiarity with Scrum techniques like refinement, story splitting, and retrospectives;

    Experience with TypeScript and process digitization;

    Proficiency in written and spoken German.
