What You'll do:

- Roadmap, feature planning, epic creation, and alignment;

- Delivery planning and delivery management, creation, development and maintenance of team metrics and goals;

- Alignment (both operational and strategic) with internal customers in multiple geographical areas: EU, Asia, NA;

- Operational leadership and initiative in areas like team ceremonies, delivery lifecycle, reporting, demos, and release management.

What You Are:

- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers;

- Flawless project management skills and the ability to ensure product strategy is always on schedule through multiple iterations;

- Solid knowledge of product design, user experience and software development processes, and best practices;

- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies;

- Understanding of business value related to features and functions;

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders;

- Fluent in English is Mandatory;

- Located in Portugal;

- Remote Work Model.
