What You'll do:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient solutions within the IBM BAW platform.

- Design, develop, and implement workflows and business process automation applications.

- Configure and optimize IBM BAW components to ensure performance and scalability.

- Integrate IBM BAW solutions with other enterprise applications and legacy systems.

- Conduct functional and performance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Provide technical support and training to users and internal teams.

- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance business processes through automation.

- Hybrid model (Lisbon or Porto)

What You Are:

- Experienced IBM BAW Consultant with at least 5 years in business process automation projects.

- Certified in IBM Business Automation Workflow.

- Proficient in BPMN modeling and workflow solution development.

- Skilled in integrating systems via APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

- Experienced with JavaScript, Java, and SQL.

- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Plus: Experience with other IBM Automation tools (ODM, RPA, FileNet, etc.).

- Plus: Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.

- Plus: Experience in cloud environments (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).
