We are looking for a professional to join a client team

What you will do

- Ensuring the architecture, design and management of Network and Telecommunications Infrastructures, implementing improvements in technical services and architecture to meet business requirements, using continuous improvement tools;

- Implementing and maintaining Processes, Procedures and Technical Instructions for managing network systems, supporting the implementation of continuous infrastructure management as well as practices relating to technological risk and security management (Documenting, evaluating and improving network security controls);

- Designing auditing procedures and technology monitoring solutions, monitoring and assessing the suitability of network infrastructures and proposing technology upgrade plans, in line with the organization's strategic and tactical plan;

- Supporting the teams in maintaining the infrastructures under their remit, within global IT standards;

- Defining and monitoring the area's objectives and performance indicators and monitoring, managing and interacting with suppliers and external partners;

- Participating in the definition and monitoring of the area's SLAs, KPIs and OKRs, in order to guarantee the definition of metrics for monitoring the service provided and operational efficiency;

- Hybrid regime in Lisbon.

Who you are

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or similar;
- More than 5 years of experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of Distributed Corporate Network infrastructures and in planning, implementation and project management;
- Ability to drive the IT network infrastructure security vision and strategy;
- Strong focus on delivering services and technology to internal and external customers
- Knowledge and/or certifications (valued) in:
Huawei switching/routing;
Huawei NCE;
Wireless Huawei/Aruba;
Cisco switching/routing;
Cisco ACI;
iSCSI networks;
ClearPass and NAC Huawei;
Load Balancers Peplink;
Palo Alto Firewall;
CheckPoint Firewall;
VMware;
LAN/WAN/VxLAN networks;
