What You'll do:

- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create effective and comprehensive test plans;

- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and UX;

- Perform different types of manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, and ad-hoc testing;

- Identify, log, and track bugs using industry-standard bug-tracking tools, ensuring clear and actionable reproduction steps;

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that recent code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities;

- Validate usability and accessibility to guarantee that the software is user-friendly and intuitive;

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to improve and ensure high-quality software;

- Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement;

- Ensure all testing processes comply with company standards, security, and compliance guidelines;

What You Are:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC);

- Proficiency in testing SAAS, Web, and Mobile applications;

- Strong experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps;

- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or SOAP UI;

- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation;

- Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform testing practices;

- Understanding of test automation concepts is a plus (though the role focuses on manual QA);

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and environments (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker) is an advantage;

- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams;

- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
