What You'll do:

- Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements;

- Analyze and model business processes using UML notation;

- Specify and execute functional and system tests to ensure quality and alignment with requirements;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle;

- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and project planning sessions;

- Maintain and document project information using tools such as JIRA and Confluence;

- Ensure effective written and verbal communication with team members and stakeholders;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, Management, or Economics;

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems or software development projects, with a proven track record as a Functional Analyst;

- Proven experience in organizing and leading workshops;

- Strong knowledge and experience in interpreting and designing diagrams using UML notation;

- Solid experience in test specification and execution;

- Fluency in Portuguese;

- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies;

- Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and ability to work autonomously.
